Yes. NG Apparels is a vertically integrated private label clothing manufacturer delivering full OEM and ODM solutions for international apparel brands. Our fully custom services include pattern engineering, fabric milling, custom dyeing, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing, and custom branding.
We develop and attach customized woven labels, heat-transfer tags, paper hangtags, rubber patches, custom engraved zips, and branded polybags based strictly on your artwork files. All custom trims and accessories can be archived at our Ludhiana facility for seamless inventory replenishment on reorders.
Our Ludhiana manufacturing plant operates specialized production units equipped to handle diverse garment specifications:
- Pattern Making & CAD Grading: Precision digital pattern grading for accurate size sets across global fit standards (US, UK, EU, Asian).
- Custom Knitting & Weaving: Circular knitting (Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib, Fleece, Pique) and custom woven fabric development.
- Advanced Printing: Water-based pigment printing, plastisol, digital sublimation, Direct-to-Garment (DTG), puff printing, foil stamping, and tie-dye techniques.
- High-Density Embroidery: Computerized multi-head embroidery using premium Madeira-grade threads for durable logo detailing.
- Functional Fabric Finishes: Water repellency (DWR), UV protection, antimicrobial treatment, flame retardancy, and specialized garment washes (Enzyme, Acid, Stone wash).
To evaluate feasibility and provide transparent FOB or DDP pricing, our merchandising team requires the following parameters:
- Comprehensive Tech Pack or physical reference garment shipped to our facility.
- Fabric construction specifications (GSM weight, yarn count, fiber blend, knit/weave type).
- Detailed size measurement chart with tolerance margins.
- Vector artwork files (.AI, .PDF, .EPS) with Pantone (TPX/TCX) color codes for printing or embroidery.
- Target order quantities split per colorway and size distribution.
Engineering & Terms
Sampling, MOQs & Design Protection
Understanding turnaround times, order scale flexibility, and institutional IP protection protocols.
As a custom make-to-order exporter, our standard cost-effective MOQ is typically 300 to 500 pieces per style/colorway. This threshold is dictated by commercial yarn-dyeing lot sizes and fabric knitting minimums.
However, for established brands testing new product categories or start-ups launching curated collections, lower quantities (50 to 150 pieces per style) can be accommodated by utilizing our stocked premium greige fabrics or standard color inventories.
Prototype sample development typically requires 1 to 2 weeks from the date complete tech packs, artwork files, and sample payments are confirmed. If custom fabric knitting or specialized yarn dyeing is required, sampling lead time ranges between 2 to 4 weeks.
Once the initial prototype is reviewed for fit and drape, pre-production (PP) samples are finalized within 7 business days for final bulk approval.
We maintain strict Non-Disclosure Protocols across our entire operations. Because we operate direct manufacturing without third-party sourcing agents or external subcontractors, your technical drawings, measurement charts, and digital artwork remain entirely within our secure system.
We welcome legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to tech pack submission, ensuring your original designs are never shared, displayed, or duplicated for third parties.
To ensure high-definition print and embroidery execution without resolution distortion, we require scalable vector files. Preferred formats include Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Scalable Vector Graphics (.SVG), Vector PDF (.PDF), and Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS). High-resolution TIFF or JPEG files (300 DPI minimum) may be evaluated for photographic digital prints.

- Air Freight (Express/Standard): 5 to 7 transit days nationwide door-to-door or airport-to-airport. Recommended for urgent replenishment or lightweight collections.
- Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL): 30 to 45 transit days depending on destination port (US West/East Coast, European Hubs, Middle East). Optimal for bulk volume efficiency.
- DDP / Door-to-Door Delivery: We manage customs clearance, export documentation, duty payments, and final warehouse truck transport directly to your door.

The factory is easily accessible via New Delhi (50-minute flight to Chandigarh Airport followed by a 75-minute drive, or a 4-hour direct express train to Ludhiana Junction). International procurement teams are welcome for facility walkthroughs and inline quality audits. Live video audits via HD video conferencing are available for remote evaluation.
We enforce multi-stage Quality Control adhering to international Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL 2.5 / 4.0) standards:
- Raw Material Audit: 4-point fabric inspection system for GSM consistency, shrinkage limits (within 3-5%), and color fastness to washing/rubbing.
- Inline Inspection: Seam strength, stitch density (SPI check), pattern alignment, and trim attachment verified during assembly.
- Final Audit & Packing: Needle detection scanning, metal safety check, barcode verification, and moisture-sealed export packaging.
