1. Blueprint & Tech Pack Review
Send your vector designs, measurement specs, and target pantones. Our technical team evaluates fabric construction, seam strength requirements, and confirms exact costing within 48 hours.

2. Prototype & PP Sampling
We cut and stitch physical samples to test fit, stretch recovery, and stitch durability. Upon your fit approval, CAD patterns are graded across your full size matrix for pre-production sign-off.

3. Bulk Production & Export
Bulk knitting, dyeing, printing, stitching, and inline AQL inspection. Goods are packaged in sealed export-grade cartons and delivered door-to-door via air or sea freight.

We offer a comprehensive library of functional performance fabrics including polyester-spandex, nylon-elastane (Polyamide), 4-way stretch interlock, dri-fit micro-mesh, brushed thermal fleece, compression knits, and eco-friendly options such as GOTS certified organic cotton, bamboo viscose, and recycled PET polyester.
We apply specialized textile finishes including moisture-wicking (quick-dry), Silver-9 antimicrobial finish for odor elimination, active cooling technology (lowering body temperature up to 3°C), UPF 50+ UV protection, anti-static, anti-wrinkle, and water-repellent (DWR) coatings.
Our standard manufacturing MOQ is 300 pieces per style, which can be split across multiple colors and size runs. For styles using stock-supported fabrics, lower start-up quantities are negotiable. Custom jacquard fabric developments require higher minimum lot sizes for yarn dyeing.
Strict confidentiality is central to our OEM business model. We execute legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Your tech packs, artwork, CAD blocks, and custom branding trims remain strictly inside our owned factory and are never circulated to third parties or agents.
