Textile Mill & OEM Export
Direct Textile Mill & Exporter
NG Apparels is a premier family-owned woven fabric manufacturer and exporter operating from Ludhiana, Punjab — India’s historical textile hub. Since 1981, we have engineered custom woven textiles for apparel brands, fashion houses, and industrial workwear suppliers across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
By controlling the entire process — from yarn selection, warping, and high-speed weaving to piece-dyeing and technical finishing — we ensure complete lot-to-lot color consistency, controlled dimensional stability, and verified tensile strength for every yard of fabric produced.
Textile Capabilities
Whether you need lightweight cotton poplin for luxury shirting, rugged canvas for industrial gear, or soft viscose for fluid womenswear, we build fabrics around your exact count, construction, density, and finish.

Quality Assurance
We eliminate production defects through a structured 4-stage fabric manufacturing workflow managed entirely in-house.
We source ring-spun and combed yarns, conduct yarn testing for tenacity, and prepare lab dips under D65 standard light boxes for exact Pantone matching.
Fabric is woven on high-speed air-jet and rapier looms, followed by continuous bleaching, piece-dyeing, or yarn-dyeing with certified non-toxic dyestuffs.
100% of finished fabric rolls pass light-table inspection before being sealed in moisture-proof rolls with full barcode labeling for shipment.

Yes. We offer lab dips (Pantone TPX/TCX matching) and physical woven hand-samples or strike-offs for buyer approval within 7-10 working days prior to launching bulk mill production.
Absolutely. We offer advanced chemical and mechanical treatments, including durable water repellency (DWR), stain resistance, UV protection, antimicrobial finishes, flame retardancy, and specialized garment washes.
All woven fabric rolls undergo 100% inspection on light tables using the international 4-point system. We test for tear strength, dimensional stability after washing, color fastness to light and washing, and shade continuity from roll to roll.
